Magnatone Troubadour Model 112 (1954)

A 1954 Magnatone Troubadour in really lovely condition.  Sounds as beautiful as it looks.  Light brown leatherette is unblemished, leather handle looks original. All parts, including the Oxford Alnico 12" speaker date from 1954, this is an early model, the 10148 serial corroborates this fact.  The cover is probably an after market add on but looks to be period correct.   We left the classic point-to-point wiring intact but we did have to change some out of spec caps & resistors, including the cap can, so this amp now sounds much as it would have when it first went on sale 70 years ago. Requires a step down transformer to operate at UK voltages.
