A really great looking, great sounding, very early Magna Varsity. Tube charts lists producer as "Magna Electronics". The chassis is made of copper, which was only used in the very early days of amp production because of its superier conduction properties and abandoned due to cost. Think of this as a cooler looking, better sounding, Fender Champ at a fraction of the cost!
