Gibson GSS-100 2x10 Cab (1966)

Really nice Gibson 2x10" speaker cab.  Originally intended for the mid-60s Gibson Solid State GSS-100 bass head, this cab is about as solid as they come.  The speakers are original CTS Alnico 50W drivers from 1966, they sound really good, punchy but warm.  16 ohm speakers in parallel giving a user friendy 8 ohm impedance for the cab as a whole.  One of the speakers has been re-coned, the original was perhaps taken out by the same burning spear that tore through the grille cloth. Great form factor for throwing in the back of a cab and playing in cupboards.
