Fender Silverface Vibrolux Reverb (1980)

This is a Silverface Vibrolux with a Blackface circuit! Many musicians' favourite amp, light enough to carry to the gig, loud enough to carry at the gig, output transformer small enough to break up before your band does, there's not a lot to dislike about this amp.    As we're sure you're aware the Blackface models of this amp have started to become pretty expensive in the past few years as the appreciation of this amp has grown.  However, the Silverface models are still relatively good value.  What we've done hear is roll the circuit on this amp back to the best Blackface version, giving you the best of both worlds.  Specifically, this amp had the Silverface AA270 circuit but is now fully reverted to the classic AA964 Blackface  circuit.  This is why it sounds so amazing.  We've also installed a UK mains transformer  so you can plug straight in in the UK.  The original speakers have been changed out for Ragin Cajuns and 3 knobs look like modern replacements.  On top of all that we've also serviced it, as alway do, and changed out of spec caps, resistor and tubes as necessary.
